How does self check in work?
A day before your checkin day we will send a unique access code for the main building and your apartment. You can arrive any time after 3:00 PM and let yourself in.

Is there parking?
Yes — all three properties have free off-street parking. Bristol fits 5 cars. Cardiff Bay House fits 5 cars or 3 vans. The Bunkhouse has some free on-street parking nearby plus paid parking at Mermaid Quay Car Park a minute's walk away.
Can we be noisy?
Cardiff's Bay House has a fully soundproof basement — be as loud as you want down there. All properties are in residential or waterfront areas, so we ask you to be considerate on upper floors after midnight.
What's nearby for a big night out?
Bristol: Whiteladies Road and Clifton's cocktail bars are a short walk, Harbourside nightlife 15 minutes on foot. Cardiff: Mermaid Quay is steps away, city centre nightlife a 10-minute taxi. Principality Stadium under 2 miles from both Cardiff houses.
